Born in 1976 in Snyder, Texas, Robert T. McDorman graduated with a
business degree from Tarleton State University in Stephenville
Texas. Robert completed two tours in the Persian Gulf during the end
of Desert Storm aboard the U.S.S. Mount Vernon. After serving in the
U.S. Navy he began acting in Los Angeles. He has appeared in Lazer
Team, The Voice Trainer, The Cannyman, Death and Compromise, Daniel
of the Dead, The Benders, Maniac With The Golden Gun and Keith &
Heath.
Eventually drawn back to his home state in the Austin,
Texas area, Robert continues to pursue writing, producing, and
acting as an independent filmmaker. Military, science fiction, and
slapstick comedy are some of his favorite genres of film.
McDorman's latest films are Among the Dead (2016), End
of Me (2015), The Voice Trainer (2015), Cannyman
(2015) and 7 Chinese Brothers (2015).
