All copies are $1 per page. We provide only
the copies you specifically request. If you ask for copies of relevant
pages you will receive all pages that contain signatures, notary seals,
legal descriptions and file stamps.

Two Owner
Search for documents back to when the
current owner AND prior owner took title. This search includes open

Full Property
Search
Search for documents to cover a specified
number of years. These may include deeds (including out-sales)
probate/death and divorce records, open mortgage/deeds of trust,

Update
Search for any documents recorded since
prior search through date or specified time frame less than 90 days.

Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time prior
to when the work begins. Orders cancelled after work begins will be
billed for work we have done prior to receit of your cancellation
notice. This may include drive time, research and copy costs.
